Vietnamese Draft Law on Prevention and Suppression of Corruption

SIPU International assessed and gave comments on the content of the Draft Law on Prevention and Suppression of Corruption as well as on the formulation techniques. Assessment of the content and formulation techniques of the draft law in general as well as assessment of specific sections of the draft law was based on the draft law as well as a number of consultations with inter alia the Drafting Team for the Law on Prevention and Suppression of Corruption, relevant ministries and agencies, prosecution authorities, courts, mass media and other organizations.
