Support in Project Formulation of the CONCOPE application for a possible KTS-support “Manejo de Cuencas Hidrográficas”

KTS (Det Kontraktsfinansierade Tekniska Samarbetet) is aiming at the development of capacity within public institutions in relevant areas for the development of the nation. The province governments' union, CONCOPE, has proposed an application for an effort by KTS which follows the South American strategy as well as the other efforts made by KTS.
