SIPU International was contracted by Sida to carry out a series of 12 one-week study visits on various themes for Belarus policymakers. The groups consisted generally of 10-12 participants and the themes were Public Health, Investment Policies, Research Policy, Information Technology, Bioenergy, Energy Efficiency, Industry Policy, Forestry, Disabled Children, Small & medium sized Companies, Regional Economic Development, Bio-energy and nuclear power and Gender Equality.
