The study examined how Sida could support culture in West Bank and Gaza in the most efficient way. The mission of the SIPU Consultant Team was to:

  • Assess five suggested channels for cultural support to West Bank and Gaza. If found relevant, propose alternatives in addition to these five. Weigh pros and cons of the different options thoroughly
  • Draw conclusions from and prioritize between the different analysed options for channelling Sida’s support to a future Palestinian cultural programme. This was made by the organization of a workshop and interviews with relevant stakeholders.
