Result-oriented Project Management

SIPU International was contracted (in two closely related contracts) to assist the Ninh Binh Public Administration Reform Project with consultancy services providing a hands-on training course, with a participatory approach, on result based planning approaches and skills to implement a result-oriented project management in agencies and units in Ninh Binh for their Public Administration Reform project, based on the PAR National Master Plan and the Ninh Binh Provincial PAR Plan 2006 – 2010. The target group was 30 participants, members of the Provincial PAR Steering Committee with supporting specialists and participating units of the PAR project. The second training course with another 30 participants was preliminary planned already when the first contract was agreed, and focused on staff in different departments of the provincial administration.
