The purpose of this assignment was to advice Sida on possible support to Liberia’s PFM reform and, if relevant, to assist the Ministry of Finance in developing a request for support from Sida. The scope and content of the assignment were following:

  1. A deepened analysis regarding the recommendations for how of Sida should support the PFM reform.
  2. Monitor the progress of the support to the PFM Technical Assistance Advisor through IMF.
  3. Assistance to the Ministry of Finance (MoF) with the formulation of a project proposal and monitoring of the realisation of the proposal.
