As member of a consortium led by Pohl Consulting, SIPU had a framework contract with the European Commission (EUROPAID LOT N°11). Based on the framework contract SIPU was commissioned to carry out a Public Financial Management assessment based on PEFA (Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability) methodology in Mauritius. SIPU provided an analysis of the overall performance of the PFM systems of the Republic of Mauritius as well as a description of the baseline situation enabling measurements over time of changes in performance.
