Monitoring Consultant to support the Embassy of Sweden´s Market-Development and Employment programs in Rwanda

The objective of the assignment is to provide support to the Swedish Embassy´s Senior Programme Manager (ESPM) in the technical and financial follow-up and continuous monitoring of two market-systems development programs, Access to Finance Rwanda and ReGenerate Rwanda.

The overall task of the monitoring consultant is to independently monitor and assess the implementation of the two programs (Access to Finance Rwanda and ReGenerate Rwanda), give advice and recommendations to the ESPM and the two implementors of the programs concerning aspects that could be improved vis-à-vis the interventions and facilitate achievement of high quality results in general.
