Institutional Management Training Programme

The objectives of the project was to support capacity development of the Training Institute of Public Administration in Albania (TIPA) to deliver the training programme to managers in the Albanian civil service.
Curricula and training materials for a management training programme was developed in collaboration with TIPA, incl. a full training package of six training modules of 3 days each.

Training of Trainers (ToTs) to deliver the training was also carried out.

Areas covered by the training programme were:

– Management and Change
– Strategic management and policy analysis
– Results management – Organisational analysis and design
– Management of resources
– Information and communication management
