On November 30, 2023, FCG Finnish Consulting Group carried out its planned transaction by selling its international development consulting business to Cowater International, a Canadian global player. This significant transaction covers FCG’s development consulting business worldwide. The experts of FCG’s development consulting have moved to the service of Cowater International, which further strengthens Cowater’s position in the field.

Tommi Kajasoja, CEO of FCG, considers the transaction a significant strategic step for the company. For FCG, this enables a stronger focus on the Finnish market, concentrating as a partner of the public and private sector in building a more sustainable society.
