At FCG, sustainability is a matter of the heart. The cornerstones of our operations are promoting the well-being of the environment, society, and people – and thereby our business. Here we present how sustainability is reflected in our daily activities.
Sustainable Development
We are committed to promoting sustainable development in our operations.
A significant part of our projects involves environmental consulting and mitigating climate change, as well as preparedness and adaptation, vitality issues, carbon-neutral circular economy, low-carbon communities, new energy solutions, and preserving biodiversity.
The principles of sustainable development and circular economy are an integral part of our project activities, covering the entire lifecycle of all projects from goal setting to practical implementation – we strive to find the most responsible solutions considering the constraints set by the client’s assignment when we do customer work.

We also take care of daily endurance through lunch, recreational, and bicycle benefits. We do daily exercise breaks encouraged by FCG’s own recreational sports group, Tulenkantajat.

FCG has been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
These internationally recognized standards demonstrate our commitment to quality management and environmental management. They help us achieve our environmental goals and improve customer satisfaction. ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognized tool for building and developing a quality management system. The ISO 14001 standard provides a framework through which we can improve the level of environmental protection.

FCG’s Code of Conduct forms the foundation of our business and our relationships with customers, partners, employees, and other stakeholders. It reflects our commitment to ethical business practices and serves as an important guideline for each of our employees.
We also require that our partners, subcontractors, and suppliers conduct their business in accordance with similar principles as FCG and commit to following our Code of Conduct.
